Poland: In Poland we offer free shipping of all orders over PLN 239. For orders below this amount, we charge a shipping cost of PLN 15. We process orders via InPost, with delivery to home or parcels. At the order stage, you decide which delivery mode you choose.

The European Union: In the European Union we send all orders for free if the value of the basket exceedsPLN 450. For orders below this amount, we will add the shipping cost based on the shipping zone where the country is located. Please, find all the details below. We deliver via DHL courier company.

Zone A (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany) shipping cost 40 PLN.

Zone B (Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Hungary) shipping cost 45 zł

Zone C (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Italy) shipping cost 65 PLN.

How long does shipping usually take?

We know you are excited to receive your Say Hi goodies, so we do everything we can to get these to you as quickly as possible. In Poland, the order can be completed within 1-3 working days. Orders to other countries of the European Union are delivered within 3-5 working days of leaving our warehouse. We will inform you by email of any change to your order status.

We hope that our products will appeal to you. However, if you no longer need them for any reason, it happens! We accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of the shipment, without giving any reason.

Return the product in a few simple steps:

1. Fill out the withdrawal form, which you will find in the Terms and Conditions or simply email us at contact@sayhitobeauty.com, informing us of your intention within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

2. Within the following 14 days, return the unused product in its original packaging, together with the completed withdrawal form and proof of purchase. Please keep your shipping ID until we accept your return.

3. You will find the address for return on the form.

4. Choose a shipping method that is convenient for you and be sure not to select a COD shipment. We do not refund shipping costs.

5. We will refund your payment using the same payment methods you used in the original transaction,
